Scrolling problem using trackpad

The scrolling using trackpad of a laptop in libre products , especially in LibreOffice Writer is very sensitive . I am not aware if its a feature or a bug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE :-

1. Open LibreOffice Writer in a laptop and open any file for the sake of example.
2. Scroll using the trackpad of the laptop .
3. You can clearly see and feel the problem in scrolling.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR :-
The scrolling should be smooth and not sensitive.

**ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR :- **
The scrolling feels rough and its tough to scroll due to increased senstivity.

System Info.
OS - Windows 11 Pro
Processor - Intel 11th gen i5-1135G7
RAM - 16 GB

I am also attatching a video file for the same where i compared the scrolling with other platform.
