Change the naming schema (id, add_tag etc) so we can easily find which filter is in which file or is part of which facility

remove multi-level nested fields

We had several fields beeneath `plugin` which didn't work with the shell command to extract all field names. Since we don't use multi-level nesting in other files, this removes all `plugin` sub-fields as well.

The last commits introduced a lot of new fields (my bad). Maybe we should review them and consolidate some of them.
