Please add buttons for the "Fold All" and "Unfold All" commands #61

Same functionality as the "Fold All" and "Unfold All" commands in the command palette.
These commands are very useful and much better than the outline panel to understand code at a glance.
So it would be very helpful to have dedicated buttons for these commands.
