Bad user experience with map on index.html #6

Goal

Make user experience flawless. Remove a "trap", from which user cannot escape.

Problem

When user tries to scroll page down using mouse wheel, he only scrolls to the map. Then wheel scroll only zooms the map and user cannot scroll down to the latest news section without moving the mouse.

The situation is much worse on mobile devices, when user scrolls to map, map covers the screen completely and user cannot scroll down or up -- he can only scroll within a map.

Can be fixed by using Google Maps JS API and blocking some map events like it is done here.

There is an ugly hack in #7 which can handle this issue in some situations, but this hack is pretty ugly and should be replaced with normal solution ASAP.
