Describe requirements

The request comes up after a Solution's team Show and Tell meeting. In Dashboard you can have the Filter panel open while working in the app, same can be done in Experience Builder,
Alex Kabak created an Experience Builder app with Manager layout because Filter can be open while he is working and Table has a search option.
