A sample code on codepen does not work - FeatureLayer does not exist

There are some sample code pages that do not work e.g:

I think the featureLayer in this map does not exist

Yeah, I see Error: Error handling service request : Could not find a service with the name 'MapServer/Veterans_Proportion_From_Population' in the configured clusters. Service may be stopped or ArcGIS Server may not be running. Code: 500 for that service. We'll have to find another one.
