Can't place/use Achilles modules

• Note: Keep your test mod set as small as possible. Additional mods for reproducing the issue are only allowed if they are clearly related to the issue.

Description:

• unable to use Achilles modules, when selected in Zeus interface can't place them.

Steps to reproduce:

• Start a new editor map, place down a blufor unit, sync it with Game Master module, then start scenario. After it's started go to the Zeus interface by pressing Y (default)
